Event description
With the release of SOP 50 10 7.1, SBA implemented the Risk Mitigation Framework which will be used to make the final determination as to the eligibility of an applicant for an SBA guaranteed loan. This process may flag individuals or entities with potential compliance issues which must be resolved before the application can proceed. SBAs Office of Performance Systems Management will provide an overview of the process and what actions can be taken in order to rectify the compliance code issue and allow the loan request to proceed without issues.
