Session 2: Create an Effective Hiring Processes To Find The Best Candidates

In part 2 of the HR 101 series, we will discuss how to attract, interview, and hire the right people for your business. We will review the best place to post your open roles, how to make your post look appealing to candidates, state requirements for posting an open job, and strategies to get the most out of your interviews.


Session 3: Build a Training Program to Make Your Employees More Productive

In part 3 of HR 101 series, we will review strategies around developing and retaining your employees, starting with how to build out a training program for your employees that will make them more efficient and productive. Then, we will discuss the top 5 strategies that will keep your employees engaged and motivated.


Session 4: Strategies for Managing Employee Issues to Minimize Liability

In this final part of the HR 101 Series, we will take a look at the end of the employee lifecycle. This can either be an amicable parting of ways where a high valued employee can take what you’ve taught them and apply it to their next adventure or managing out an employee who is not meeting your expectations.
