FEMA’s Office of Business, Industry, and Infrastructure Integration (OB3I) engages and coordinates with business, industry, and government to understand and meet the critical needs of communities. Through consistent situational awareness, data collection, and cross-sector communication, OB3I helps inform federal emergency management decision-making so businesses can get back to business following a disaster. OB3I operates the National Business Emergency Operations Center (NBEOC), FEMA’s virtual clearinghouse, to facilitate
information-sharing between government agencies and business, industry, and infrastructure organizations and identify resource needs during disasters. To become an NBEOC member and gain access to resources for business and industry, visit fema.gov/NBEOC.

SBA’s Office of Disaster Recovery and Resilience (ODRR) connects individuals, businesses, and private nonprofits with SBA disaster assistance programs to improve disaster recovery outcomes and economic resilience by helping communities prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate against disasters of all types. For more information about ODRR, visit sba.gov/ODRR.
