Do you experience the "inner critic," or sometimes feel down or hard on yourself?
Self-compassion is a powerful inner resource that can help support your personal and in turn collective wellbeing.
MSC is shown helpful in research for people with a variety of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, self-criticism, perfectionism, chronic pain, and more!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - ALL WELCOME!
