Event description

This course is for existing businesses looking to growth and strengthen their business operations. This course will cover areas such as strategic planning, sales and marketing, human resources, financial managment and more!

(PLEASE NOTE: Must select and enroll in ALL 7 dates individually: 3/12; 3/14; 3/19; 3/21, 3/26, 3/28 and 4/11 when registering).

Each session is designed to help existing businesses in specific areas of their business and culminates with participates creating a Strategic Plan for their business.

To enroll, businesses must have been officially opened prior to 03/01/2023 and have sales. In addition, businesses should have all the required licenses, permits and registration as an official business.
