This class will also address how a change in structure will affect an existing business.

Highlights:

  • General and legal characteristics and distinctions for each business entity
  • How each business entity is formed
  • The effects of each entity on the amount of taxes you pay

This class is intended for new and existing business owners wanting information on how to select the best business structure for their business.
