Event description

Ready to seek a loan or investment into your new or existing business? SCORE’s Access to Money will answer a lot of your questions and introduce you to resources in the KC Metro. If you are early in the process, exploring options or ready to seek substantial funds for your business, this event is for you.

You will be inspired by 3 Keynote Speakers, 9 panel discussions and 6 interactive workshops facilitated by more than 20 experts in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Top notch Keynote Speakers will inspire you.

**  US Representative Sharice Davids, opening Keynote Speaker, will talk about Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) from a personal and congressional perspective.

**  Market President of CrossFirst Bank Matt Meyer, second Keynote Speaker, will share what banks want from small business loan applicants.

**  Michael Carmona, Senior Director of Regional Ecosystem Development at the UMKC Innovation Center, our Closing Keynote Speaker, will recap the many resources available in the community for established and aspiring entrepreneurs and how to use them.

**  Lauren Conaway returns as the host for Acce$$ to Money.

Following the keynote speakers and panel discussions, attendees will choose interactive events for a deeper dive into critical topics based on where they are in their exploration of funding.
