Event description

The Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) Program is a Department of Defense (DOD) initiative designed to ensure the resilience, security and technological superiority of the U.S. defense industrial base.

This initiative identifies critical supply chain vulnerabilities, invests in workforce development and strengthens domestic production capabilities for essential defense materials and technologies. By addressing industrial challenges and fostering innovation, IBAS strives to enhance national security and sustains the defense sector’s long-term viability.

This workshop will:

  1. Provide a high-level overview of the IBAS program
  2. Explain some of the offerings that IBAS may provide to small and medium enterprises
  3. Explore how the Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III fits into DOD's Industrial Policy
