Instructor: Jeffrey Latessa works for the Internal Revenue Service in the Communications and Liaison Division as a Stakeholder Liaison in Lowell, MA. Jeffrey joined the IRS in 2008. Prior to joining the Communications and Liaison Division he worked as a Lead Case Advocate with the Taxpayer Advocate Service and in Identity Theft Victim Assistance. He has a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
