SCALEUP! Kansas City is a selective, high-impact program designed for businesses that are ready to grow significantly. This series of classes is built for companies with the potential to reach well beyond $1 million in revenue—or for those already there and looking to continue their upward momentum.

The program brings together a cohort of growth-minded business owners who are ready to work on their business, not just in it. Through structured sessions, guided discussions, and peer learning, participants focus on strategy, leadership, systems, and sustainable growth. The cohort model creates accountability, shared learning, and meaningful connections with other business owners facing similar challenges.

Because of the level of commitment and depth of work involved, SCALEUP! is a highly selective opportunity. Participants must meet specific revenue, staffing, and time requirements and be able to commit to all sessions.

Applications for Cohort 16 are now open. The cohort begins August 6, 2026, and runs through November 19, 2026, with weekly sessions held on Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to Noon. If your business is positioned for its next major growth phase, SCALEUP! Kansas City may be the right next step.
