Running a business means making decisions every day—but it’s easy to miss important details when you’re focused on just one area at a time. GROWTH360 helps business owners step back, see the bigger picture, and make smarter, more confident decisions.

This workshop introduces the GrowthWheel® Framework, a practical tool that gives you a 360° view of your business. Instead of relying on a traditional business plan, Growth360 helps you see how the key areas of your business connect and where to focus your time and energy next. Participants will use visual tools, Decision Sheets, and 30-60-90 Day Plans to turn insight into action.

Growth360 supports everyday decision-making by giving you a clear structure for dialogue, focus, agenda setting, and follow-through. The process is action-oriented, easy to understand, and designed to reflect how most entrepreneurs actually think and work. It helps identify blind spots, prioritize opportunities, and strengthen the areas that matter most for growth.

This workshop is designed for established businesses that are ready to work on the business—not just in it.

Participant qualifications:

• At least 2 years in business
• $50,000 or more in revenue in the prior year
• Owner working full time in the business

Growth360 runs on Fridays, 9am-noon, from Sept 18 - November 20, 2026. Participants must be able to commit to attend all 10 sessions.  Scholarships may be available, email us for more information.
