SBDC Health is a ten-week online training and mentoring program offered by the Norcal SBDC to help medical based entrepreneurs get started and scale their business.
This 10-week online program helps small business healthcare leaders navigate private practice. Business owners will learn the steps and best practices to manage required paperwork and other basic employer requirements, look towards financial sustainability and future fundraising as well as develop intentional cultures that support teams.
The program will also cover medical billing, business planning, digital marketing, Human Resources, navigating funding options and reaching new clients.
