LENDER TRAINING: SBA Lending for Servicing and Liquidation

Event description

Please attend this overview training if you service or liquidate SBA loans for your lending institution.  This program will cover the requirements SBA has for servicing loans backed by the SBA, including introductions to SOP 5057 and the servicing action matrix.  We'll also introduce how lenders apply to SBA to purchase its guaranteed portion subsequent to all recovery efforts.  This program is produced by the Ohio SBA district offices for Ohio lenders, but all lenders are welcome to attend if convenient.
