Event description

What are the special requirements SBA has when lenders use 7(a) loans to purchase real estate or construct a building?   What is needed from appraisal and environmental standpoint?  What requirements are there to manage construction?  What are the terms and conditions of the loan?  SBA 504 loans are also a compelling alternative for small businesses with large real estate projects, and we'll be discussing what lenders should expect in that process. This program is produced by the SBA Ohio district offices for Ohio lenders, but all lenders are welcome to attend.
