Across two focused sessions, you will define and create the essentials every business needs:

• A short, powerful “simplify” list: the north star for decision making to support a more focused business that’s easier to run.
• A practical short term plan: a simple guide for what you will do next, and what you won’t!

This workshop consists of two, 2-hour sessions that will take place over Zoom on Monday and Thursday of the same week, dates below.

Who Should Attend?

This two-session peer group is designed for Maine-based female business owners who are currently in business. We define “in-business” as having formalized your business structure with the State of Maine (Sole Proprietor, LLC, etc.) and that you are actively selling your product/service.
