How to turn generic financial statements into a source of actionable business information.

Many business owners invest significant resources in accounting and financial statement generation, yet this crucial information often remains underutilized or poorly understood. The goal of this workshop is to reverse the process and start with key business questions and then set up a system that will provide the data necessary to answer those questions.

This workshop takes the business owner through the process of: Setting up an accounting information system; Providing an “Accounting 101” introduction on how to read and understand financial statements; and Providing an outline on how to make decisions using the information you’ve collected.
