Event description

This leadership class, equips leaders with the mindset, tools, and skills to achieve what is most important to them regardless of the challenges they face and to skillfully empower those reporting to them to own behaviors and achieve targeted results. The session is packed with insight, activities, and practical tools to help leaders empower themselves and their followers.

Successful participants will:

• Learn how to fully visualize goals and direct their energy to maximize success.
• Understand the three spheres of control and how to direct their focus to enhance wellbeing and performance.
• Redefine accountability through the lens of the Absolute Accountability principles.
• Learn a simple model of ownership that can be shared with teams to drive results.
• Explore and assess their competency in regard to six things leaders can do to promote accountability with their team members.
• Identify tools to integrate into their daily work in order to apply the absolute accountability principles.
