LENDER TRAINING: SBA Working Capital Pilot and MARC Loan Programs

The Working Capital Pilot Program (WCP) is a new pilot loan program developed as part of 7(a) and administered by the Office of International Trade (OIT). Modeled after the Export Working Capital Program, the WCP will allow lenders to issue revolving lines of credit covering domestic and international transactions with the flexibility to structure the lines of credit as asset-based or transaction-based facilities.
