Event description

The Midtown Manhattan SBDC at Baruch College is partnering with the City Bar Justice Center’s Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project (NELP) to offer a free, virtual legal clinic for small business owners.

 

This clinic, is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet with a team of pro bono attorneys to discuss legal issues related to their small businesses, such as intellectual property rights, contracts/agreements, business structure and incorporation, and more.

 

Instructions:  

Required: CLICK HERE to complete the registration form so that we can gather more information from you and attempt to match your legal needs with a volunteer attorney on the day of the clinic. No walk-ins. Appointments must be confirmed prior and a link will be shared if you are selected. 

 

Appointment times: 4:30–5:15 PM or 5:30–6:15 PM (choose your preference during registration)

Limited Capacity: If you are not selected for this session, please visit NELP's website for additional dates.
