The Pace University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is partnering with a member of the NY State Society of CPAs to host a live session for small business owners. Join this webinar to learn about tax liability reduction strategies and best practices for managing your accounting and cash flow as you build and grow your small business. Topics will include how to compensate yourself as an owner (e.g., salary vs. dividends), cash vs. accrual-based filing, tax implications surrounding different ownership structures, and the potential tax impact of alternative methods of depreciation.
