Facilitated by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage & hour Division, the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts apply to contractors and subcontractors performing on federally funded or assisted construction contracts and requires payment of locally prevailing wages and fringe benefits. This webinar covers common DBRA issues for small business employers, including understanding wage determinations, certified payrolls, fringe benefits, and hours worked.  

Participants can ask questions using the Q&A feature with a real time response.
