With Bound for Destiny Consulting, Destiny offers strategic business coaching to emerging female entrepreneurs. She combines business knowledge, profit strategies, and her legal background to provide holistic consulting for business success. Destiny is a former Big Law and in-house counsel, specializing in supporting entrepreneurs to develop their business foundation and empower them to be proactive rather than reactive, so they can build their dream business that results in more peace and profit.

Rob Warzel. Rob is an attorney with Spencer Fane’s Phoenix, Arizona office. He advises clients all over the country on all aspects of human resources counseling, employment litigation and traditional labor law, helping businesses identify risks and equipping them with the tools necessary to minimize the time and resources spent on legal matters. He works with clients ranging from large enterprises to sole proprietorships in complex matters involving breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, restrictive covenants, fraud, negligence and more. Rob earned his undergraduate degree in international business at Carleton University in Ottawa and his Juris Doctor from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.

Aaron Prenger. Aaron is an attorney with Siegfried Bingham. His legal practice
focuses on business transactions and financial services. He has helped small and medium sized businesses navigate various legal challenges and lawsuits related to issues such as intellectual property infringement, worker’s compensation claims, breach of contract, and others. He has represented banks in commercial loan transactions, provided startup advice for new business entities and assisted with business formation and governance issues including registration with pertinent governmental entities and drafting corporate governance documents. Aaron holds a BSBA and JD from the University of Missouri.
