This is the second of a three-part webinar on managing the profitability of your business. Setting an optimal price for a product or service is one of the most difficult tasks an entrepreneur faces. This workshop will cover five methods of product pricing with step-by-step instructions on how to implement each one.

The methods discussed will include:

  • Value Based Pricing

We will also discuss how to combine some of these methods to determine a specific price and

sales volume which generates a pre-defined profit specified by the entrepreneur as part of the
