No cost virtual event. The Simple Framework to Know What to Do, What to Drop, and How to Decide Register Most small business owners don’t have a marketing problem. They have a decision problem. Too many platforms. Too many opinions. Too much pressure to “do more,” with no clear way to decide what actually matters. This session isn’t about adding more tactics to your plate. It’s about creating a simple decision filter so you can confidently cut what isn’t working and double down on what is.In this training, you’ll learn how to set clear marketing direction before choosing tactics, evaluate ideas without second-guessing yourself, and use AI as a strategic assistant to clarify decisions, not create more noise. The result? Less overwhelm, fewer distractions, and marketing decisions that finally feel manageable and intentional.
