From Concept to Curbside: The Modern Food Truck Playbook is a four-part webinar series designed to guide aspiring and existing food truck entrepreneurs through the realities of building a successful mobile food business in today's post-COVID landscape. Across the four sessions, attendees will deconstruct the modern food truck - from brand identity and menu engineering to operations, financial planning, and growth strategy. Participants will gain a clear understanding of today's food truck industry, assess their entrepreneurial readiness, and define the kind of brand and business they want to build.
