Event description
Whether you are currently a solo operator or have already hired your first few employees, you are likely facing the same challenge: personal capacity. When every decision and every task relies on you, the business is limited by your own 24-hour day. To grow further, you must transition from owning a job to building an enterprise.
This workshop will introduce you to the same professional tools used by larger firms to manage growth and eliminate the chaos that often comes with it.
What You’ll Learn:
· The Roadmap to Scale: Identify where your business sits today and what structural changes are required to reach the next stage.
· Purposeful Growth: Learn how to define your company’s "North Star" to make strategic choices about which opportunities to pursue and which to ignore.
· Building Your Team Infrastructure: Map out the essential roles in your business to ensure you have the right people focused on the right results.
· The Recipe for Consistency: Understand how documenting your expertise allows you to delegate with confidence and ensure your team delivers the same quality you do.
· Funding Your Future: Explore why growth requires significant cash and learn how to manage your "cash conversion cycle" to keep the business fueled.
By shifting from accidental to purposeful growth, you build a more resilient and valuable business. You will leave this workshop with a draft One Page Strategic Summary and a toolkit of professional templates designed to help you lead with clarity and scale with confidence.
