Event description

This hands-on course teaches you how to build automated solutions that pay for themselves. You’ll learn a repeatable process for finding the right opportunities and turning them into working applications. The session begins with an interactive discussion to identify a high-impact workflow that is ready for optimization.

The focus then shifts to implementation, where training participants will collaboratively build a live solution using a structured approach. By the end, you’ll learn how to maintain and improve your automation over time, including testing, monitoring performance, and planning future upgrades.

What You’ll Learn:

  • An ROI-focused approach to introducing AI and automation within your organization.
  • How to align business, client-facing, and technical stakeholders around scope, goals, and expectations.
  • The difference between general AI tools and focused automation (and when to use each)
  • Real examples of where automation delivers measurable results.
  • How to systematically analyze existing workflows to uncover bottlenecks and low-leverage work.
  • To identify and prioritize three automation opportunities based on impact and feasibility.
  • How to explore evaluation outlining effort, expected returns, and a recommended starting point.
  • How to address long-term sustainability through testing, maintenance, and iterative improvement.
