FROM CONCEPT TO PRODUCTION

A Series on Innovation Driven Physical Product Development & Manufacturing

Hosted by the UTSA SBDC Technology Commercialization Center (TCC), this series guides entrepreneurs through the complete physical product development journey—from early-stage prototyping and realistic cost and timeline planning to real-world case studies and design for high-volume manufacturers. Each session is grounded in hands-on industry experience and practical examples, equipping attendees with actionable insights they can immediately apply to their own products and businesses.

Presenter: Bailey Briscoe Jones, Founder of Bright Product Development

Let’s get specific. What does it take to design and manufacture for high volume production? We’ll ground discussions of different processes such as injection molding, metal forming, and 3D printing with detailed industry examples.
