n this engaging, 3-hour in-person workshop, you will learn the current state of the global supply chain, outlining uncertainty and disruption with a special focus on tariffs and trade.

In this session, we will experience a deep dive into the methodologies available for risk, spend, and tariff mitigation, with a special focus on Foreign-Trade Zones, with the ultimate goal of achieving sustainability and resilience in your import and export operations, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain.  This workshop will allow the audience to participate, comment, and ask questions throughout.

  • Understand current global trade dynamics and their impact on supply chain stability.
  • Identify key tariff trends and anticipate potential policy shifts through 2026.
  • Evaluate 20 proven strategies to mitigate tariff exposure and supply chain disruption.
  • Assess whether a Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) is the right fit for their business.
  • Outline the essential steps for implementing and operating an FTZ effectively.
