The 2026 Hybrid Seminar will focus on federal regulations governing agricultural employment.
The U.S Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division and other federal agencies are hosting an agricultural seminar. They will focus on federal regulations governing agricultural employment, including
- The Fair Labor Standards Act
- Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act
- H-2A Temporary Agricultural Program and
- Office of Foreign Labor Certification
Do not miss this opportunity to learn about requirements for wages, housing, transportation, field sanitation, farm labor contractor certification, and more. The seminar will follow a hybrid format, with virtual participation strongly recommended. NOTE: The in-person location, which has limited seating, will be shared with those that reserve the (limited) in-person tickets only.
