Join the UTSA SBDC and Attorney Rebecca Smith, as she provides a lively one-hour workshop on the types of assets that may need protection, including which are exempt and not exempt, and how best to protect them.  There will be a discussion on how to create anonymity in ownership in Texas, and dispels common myths propagated on TikTok and other social media platforms.
