Mid-Hudson/Catskills: Develop a 2026 AI Business Strategy

Event description

This class provides a practical, business-focused introduction to using artificial intelligence (AI) for growth and efficiency. Participants will learn clear steps to developing an AI Strategy tailored to small and mid-sized businesses. We will also discuss a monthly AI implementation plan and explore an initial AI prompt library to use for CRM management, proposals, customer communication, email marketing, and social media.

The session focuses on real-world tools, important safety guidelines and step-by-step processes and best practices to help small businesses save time, improve customer experience, and implement AI confidently. We use a small contracting business as a model throughout this class but this approach will work for any small business.
