GrowSmart™ Senior is an advanced cohort designed for established businesses that are preparing to scale. This track helps owners strengthen leadership capacity, improve financial performance and KPI discipline, and build operational systems that reduce dependency on the founder. Participants learn how effective leaders build teams, manage performance, track financial drivers of growth, and design workflows that support sustainable scaling.

This series will be held on Thursday, April 9, 16, 23, and 30, 2026.

Please be prepared to have your camera on and audio working.

Highlights:

• Strengthen scale-up leadership skills, decision-making, and management approach
• Build people and performance systems using tools like leadership styles, personnel evaluation frameworks, and team development practices
• Improve financial clarity with core statements, ratios, and cash flow analysis
• Establish KPIs, budgeting systems, and growth-financing strategy to support scale
• Design operational systems, workflows, and procedures that create consistency and efficiency

This cohort is geared toward established business owners and leadership teams who are ready to scale revenue and complexity—and need stronger leadership habits, financial performance discipline, and operational systems to sustain growth.
