Event description

Solopreneurship offers small business owners a flexible and empowering way to build and manage a business independently while staying closely connected to their mission and community.

In this webinar, we explore what it means to be a solopreneur in Maine, including the benefits, challenges, and practical strategies for running a sustainable one-person business.

Participants will learn how to leverage local resources, manage time and finances effectively, and use simple tools to streamline operations so they can focus on growth while maintaining balance. The session is designed to provide actionable insights and encouragement for entrepreneurs who are building or considering a solo business path.

The Maine SBDC is funded by $1,050,471 in federal funds (43%), which is matched by $1,393,068 in non-federal funds (57%). Funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. SBA. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested at least two weeks in advance. Contact mainesbdc@maine.edu
