Event description
In competitive markets, the greatest threat to your business may not be your competitors — it may be your assumptions.
“Business Bias” occurs when owners overestimate their differentiation, underestimate competitors, or dismiss customer feedback that challenges their beliefs. It’s a form of confirmation bias that convinces us, “No one else is doing what I’m doing,” even when the market clearly says otherwise. If sales are stagnant or growth has plateaued, the problem may not be effort — it may be perspective.
This course equips you with practical tools to objectively evaluate your competitive position, pressure-test your value proposition, and identify strategic adjustments that drive measurable growth.
In this course, you will:
- Complete a structured Business Bias self-assessment
- Use AI tools to objectively compare competitor websites and refine marketing strategy
- Implement a bi-annual competitive landscape review process
- Develop a systematic customer feedback loop to inform decision-making
