Julie Albrecht is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Better Business Bureau Serving Wisconsin and Executive Director of the BBB Foundation. In these roles, she leads strategic marketing and communications initiatives that help educate consumers and businesses across the state about scams, fraud prevention, and ethical business practices. Since joining BBB in 2013, Julie has expanded the organization’s reach through social media, digital communications, and community outreach. Her work focuses on equipping people with the knowledge and tools they need to make confident marketplace decisions while supporting businesses that operate with integrity. Julie has long been passionate about innovation in communications and marketing. She is particularly interested in how emerging technologies are transforming the way organizations connect with audiences. Today, her work includes exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) can be thoughtfully integrated into marketing strategy to improve efficiency, insights, and impact. Julie is deeply committed to strengthening the communities she serves. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Wisconsin and serves on the Marketing Committee for Meta House in Milwaukee. Julie lives in Brookfield, Wisconsin with her husband Josh, a morning on-air personality on 105.7 The Fan, and their two sons, Jordy and Jack.
