Someone just discovered your work. Great! But what next? This workshop is all about how to guide interested folks—from email subscribers to casual browsers to in-person window shoppers—toward becoming paying customers in a way that feels natural and respectful.

We’ll walk through examples of nurture sequences and soft sales strategies across multiple platforms: email, follow-up messages, social media, and even in-person chats. You’ll leave with a simple, repeatable process to build real relationships with the people who are already paying attention to you.

InstructorEmily Eley—an educator, business coach, and long-time small business supporter. I’ve worked with hundreds of business owners: herbalists, graphic designers, carpenters, ceramicists, therapists, brick-and-mortar shop owners, farmers, and more.
