Event description
Understanding how lenders evaluate loan requests can help business owners better prepare for financing.
This workshop introduces small business owners to the fundamentals of business lending and financing options. Participants will learn how lenders assess risk, the role credit plays in borrowing, and the differences between traditional financing, alternative lending options, and government-guaranteed programs.
The session will also explore funding opportunities available to growing businesses, including programs that support equipment purchases, expansion, and working capital. Additional insight will be provided on financing programs designed to support manufacturers and other growth-oriented businesses.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will have a clearer understanding of how financing decisions are made and how to better prepare when seeking funding.
