Darren Guyaz Senior Managing Business Advisor

Darren Guyaz, is a Senior Managing Business Advisor at Business Impact NW. He has dedicated over 10 years to empowering small business owners through tailored coaching and insightful training. With a focus on sustainability, creativity, and service-oriented enterprises, he brings his expertise in marketing, business development, and financial planning to life in flagship courses, “Launch & Grow” and “Grow & Thrive.” Darren collaborates actively with partners like the US Small Business Administration (SBA), SCORE, and APEX Accelerators. Holding an MBA in Sustainable Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Environmental Studies/Writing, he continues to drive Business Impact NW’s mission to support and uplift every small business owner.

Ngan Phan Loan Officer

Ngan Phan is a Loan Officer at Business Impact NW. Fluent in English and Vietnamese, she generates new loans and manages the creation and maintenance of loan files, playing a crucial part in helping clients access funding resources by overseeing underwriting and credit approval processes. Having worked with Business Impact NW for over four years, Ngan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Seattle University in 2020.
