Event description
Women entrepreneurs are often taught to optimize systems, finances, and marketing-but rarely their most critical business asset: their own capacity. This session reframes health not as a personal side project, but as a core driver of decision-making, productivity, leadership effectiveness, and business sustainability. Drawing from healthcare leadership and real-world business experience, this presentation explores how stress, poor recovery, and chronic overextension quietly undermine business performance-and what women can do about it. Note: All events and courses are available to women and men.
