Purpose: To help every attendee build an Employee Handbook for their business.
Today, having an Employee Handbook is a necessity for the Small Business owner. In Louisiana, small businesses face a unique mix of federal and state employment requirements. A well-crafted Employee Handbook is one of the most effective tools for protecting the business, setting expectations, and ensuring consistent operations.
