So You Want to Run a Lodging Business

Event description

If you have ever wanted to buy a lodging business, or if you already run one, this workshop is for you!

We'll start with a brief discussion on key lodging metrics like occupancy, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and average daily rate (ADR); some recent Michigan lodging data; and a few marketing tips to bring your property more visibility.

Best of all, we will be joined by a select panel of Michigan lodging business owners who will share their real life experience with you and answer your questions. Don't miss out on this interactive workshop and panel discussion!
