Event description
Strength Training for Busy Brains
Optimize your focus
Designed for entrepreneurs and high-performers, this session explores how strength training can sharpen your mind as much as your body. Learn how strength training impacts dopamine to enhance focus, improves cognitive performance, and supports sustained productivity throughout your day. You’ll also walk away with a simple, effective strength training template built for busy schedules, plus practical guidance on the best times to train for maximum mental clarity and output.
Led by Daniel Lopez, M.S., CSCS
With over seven years of experience in strength and conditioning, Daniel combines academic expertise in kinesiology with hands-on coaching across collegiate athletics, performance training, and general fitness. At Method Wellness & Physical Therapy, Daniel specializes in strength training, injury prevention, and performance optimization to help clients reach their goals. His approach builds not only physical strength, but also the discipline, resilience, and consistency needed to perform at a high level in business and in life.
