It's National Small Business Week! And the SBA Georgia District Office is committed simplifying the procurement process and getting certified through MySBA Certifications.
This class is designed to help small businesses better understand federal contracting and some of SBA’s key certification programs.
Interested in Doing Business with the Federal Government?
This session will run from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM in-person at the Georgia District Office. The first hour will provide an overview of the 8(a) Business Development Program and the HUBZone Program, including eligibility requirements, benefits, and how to determine if your business is ready to apply. We’ll also demystify federal contracting by helping businesses assess their readiness to enter this competitive marketplace.
During the second hour, participants who are ready will receive hands-on assistance to BEGIN their certification application. Laptops are highly encouraged for this portion of the session.
