Event description

Topic: Business Plan

The 2026 Veterans Bunker Workshop is a hands-on, no-cost program designed to help veterans take their business ideas or existing ventures to the next level. This in-person session focuses on building strong and actionable business plans using LivePlan software while also exploring technology-driven ideation techniques to strengthen concepts. The workshop includes personalized, one-on-one guidance and consulting, giving attendees direct access to expert insight and support. These sessions will offer a collaborative environment where veterans can learn, ask questions, and leave with clear direction and improved business strategies.

Upon completion of the two-session workshop, participants will have developed a strong, comprehensive foundation for their business plan. To further enhance and personalize their progress, each participant will be offered the opportunity to schedule a dedicated one-on-one consultation at a time that aligns with their availability. These private sessions provide individualized attention, allowing participants to work directly with a business consultant in a focused, confidential setting. This ensures that specific goals, challenges, and opportunities are addressed in depth, resulting in a more refined and strategically aligned business plan.
