Event description
Build a clear, confident 30-60 second pitch that opens doors for your business!
This in-person workshop helps entrepreneurs craft and deliver a clear, compelling 30–60 second elevator pitch that explains who you are, what you do, and how you help customers. Through guided prompts, examples, and structured practice in small groups, participants learn to sharpen their message, tailor it to different audiences, avoid jargon, and close with a confident next step that invites conversation.
A strong elevator pitch matters because first impressions form quickly – and when opportunities are brief (networking events, referrals, meetings, or interviews), a well-structured pitch helps you build trust, spark interest, and move conversations forward.
In this workshop, participants will learn how to:
- Identify a specific target audience and the problem they need solved
- Clearly state your Value Proposition
- Structure a concise pitch with a strong opening and memorable close
- Use plain language so your message is easy to repeat and share
- Confidently deliver using voice, pace, and body language techniques
- Close with an effective Call to Action
- Give and receive feedback to refine your pitch through iteration
