Event description

This session explores how the principles behind successful sports marketing—fan engagement, loyalty, community-building, and storytelling—can be applied by small businesses to drive growth. Drawing insights from global events like the FIFA World Cup and leading brands, the session translates big-brand strategies into practical, low-cost actions. Attendees will learn how to build emotional connections, create repeat engagement, and move from transactional relationships to long-term customer loyalty.

The session will be led by Leigh Klein, Clinical Assistant Professor of Marketing, Lubin School of Business.
