Having a solid business plan is virtually a requirement to obtain financing. Tammi Davis, Chase Vice President/Community Manager will lead How to Set Goals, Build a Budget, & Save while Julia Plumb, Northwest ISBDC Business Advisor will discuss Business Planning.
Topics will include: Why you may need & want a plan, how to get started, formats and tools, market research, Components of a plan, resources that can help and navigating cash flow. Each participant will receive a "one page lean plan outline".
