In-person class. Free and open to the public.  Government contracts are a tremendous financial opportunity for small businesses.  The U.S. government is one of the largest customers in the world. It buys all types of products and services — in both large and small quantities — and it’s required by law to consider buying from small businesses.    In this in-person class, you will learn about:   Assessing your business; Whether becoming a government contractor is right for you                    

Basic requirements for government contracts; How the government buys, how to identify contracting opportunities                    

Set aside programs   Getting started, required registrations, beneficial certifications   and more.
