THIS WEBINAR IS PRESENTED IN SPANISH.

This webinar is designed for people who have experience or basic knowledge of QuickBooks.

We are going to teach you the following:

  • Document configuration (Invoices, Purchase Orders, Bills, etc.), which can be modified according to your needs, including the insertion of your company logo and the document language (Spanish, Japanese, German, etc.)
  • Inventory List Configuration (Products and Services)
  • Price List Configuration
  • Sales Tax Configuration
  • Customer: information, historical control of all transactions (billing, collections, etc.)
  • Vendor (Supplier): information, historical control of all transactions (bills, payments, etc.)

  • Preparation of bank deposit
  • Check preparation
  • Bank transfers
  • Record of expenses paid with Credit Card

Reports
